Sean graduated from the University of Texas School of Law, where he focused on transactional law, arbitration, and venture capital funding for startups.
Sean’s real estate practice focuses on purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing, partnership formation, and providing legal counsel to mid-size and large commercial developers. Representative transactions include the sale of multiple 300+-unit multifamily portfolios, the purchase of 15 senior assisted living facilities, and retail leasing for shopping centers across the country.
Sean’s corporate practice includes corporate formations, contract negotiations, stock purchase and asset purchase agreements, partnership agreements and “soft” intellectual property matters (i.e. trademark and copyright).
Sean has served as a Commissioner on the City of Dallas Landmark Commission and a board member of The Real Estate Council. He currently serves on the board of the Golden SEEDS community development corporation, and the City of Dallas Urban Design Advisory Committee. Sean lives in the Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, with his wife, Sarah, and two children, Dorian and Sebastian.
