RAKESH I. PATEL: Born in Luton, England on December 26, 1978, Rakesh Patel was raised in Erick, Oklahoma. He attended the University of Oklahoma where he served as Student Body President of the University in addition to many other leadership roles. Mr. Patel earned his International Business Degree and Minor and Legal Studies while at the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Patel attended law school at the University of Denver where he obtained his Law Degree. He also attended graduate school at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business where he received his International Masters in Business (IMBA).
After graduating, Mr. Patel moved to Irving, Texas, were began his legal career. In June 2006, Mr. Patel opened his own practice in Irving, Texas to better help serve his clients and meet their ever changing needs. Since opening, Mr. Patel’s practice has flourished by taking on many new clients and challenges. Mr. Patel is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”). Mr. Patel is committed to serving the local community and has become a member of the Greater Dallas Indo-American Chamber and Irving/Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Patel has been married for five years and enjoys playing and watching sports in his free time.

| Mili Patel’s practice includes all facets of civil litigation including debt collection, debt collections defense, contract disputes, corporate litigation and commercial litigation. Mrs. Patel also works on cases involving family law, estate planning and corporate setups. Mrs. Patel is regularly involved in general real estate transactions as well as leasing transactions and disputes therefrom on behalf of both landlords and tenants. |

| ANISH PATEL |
 |
A new member to the The Patel Law Group, PLLC, Mr. Patel joined the firm in 2009. He focuses his expertise in the areas of Taxation, Estate Planning, Business Transaction, and Probate. Mr. Patel was significantly involved in the management of his family's motel business and understands the value of simple communication to a client. Having visited his parent’s homeland of India, Mr. Patel believes that taxes are a necessity for the beauty and convenience we enjoy on a daily basis; however he feels that no person should have to pay more tax than is required of him.
During his time at Villanova, Mr. Patel interned at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel in Philadelphia providing him an insight into the IRS’s process of resolving tax controversies. Prior to joining the Patel Law Group, PLLC Mr. Patel worked for Albin | Harrison | Roach and Gibson & Perkins, a Philadelphia firm specializing in Tax, Estate Planning and Business Administration. |

| BILLIE HOEKSTRA |

| Billie Hoekstra, legal assistant, joined the firm in May 2007. She has over 7 years of experience working extensively in the fields of family law, personal injury, probate, civil and criminal law. She brings tremendous knowledge and experience to our practice. Billie is responsible for maintaining all of the files in the office and our day-to-day bookkeeping. She performs a large variety of tasks, including immigration research, court filings, word processing and litigation projects. In addition, she is responsible for general office administration. In her spare time, Billie is an avid runner and enjoys supporting her two children in their extracurricular activities. |
